The CRM is now using 2 Factor Authentication (2FA).
Once you have successfully signed into the CRM, the CRM will send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to your email address.
If you are using your own device, you can tick the box “Remember me for 7 days”, and 2FA will not be required for a week.
Check your email inbox (and your Spam/Junk folders) for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org as this will contain your OTP.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an option that provides an extra layer of security to your Private Email account in addition to your email and password. When Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, your account cannot be accessed by anyone unauthorized by you, even if they have stolen your password.
