Changing advisor

You can now allocate customers to another advisor if you need to assign a customer to a different supporting advisor or spread your workload.

There are various ways you can achieve this and once assigned, they will show under “Your Customers” on the homepage.

If you have customers allocated, they will show on your homepage; click on “Change” under the Advisor column.

You can also visit the customer’s page and then click on the “Overview”, on the left-hand side menu, and then click on the link “change” under the current advisor’s name. Please note that the change will be recorded in the customer’s history.
