Q: How do I activate the "Submit Ticket" button to send my request?
You need to login or create a FREE account. Click on the icon on the top right of the page.
Q: How do I fill the form?
Select one of the options in the subject line. There are 8 options: Domain Name, Web Hosting, Web Development, Web Design, Email (including Office 365), Web Application, Billing and Other. Then enter the description of the support, help or work request you need.
Q: What happens once I've submitted my request
You'll be presented with a confirmation message and a ticket reference number. We advise to keep this number to track your request although tickets are all saved within your account.
Q: How long does it take to receive an answer?
You should receive a first answer within less than 1 hour.
Q: How much does it cost?
The ticketing system is FREE. If the ticket is about new or extra work, all our prices are detailed in our support pages unless we've agreed to other conditions with you.
